Brynteg School — Open Evening Social Media Adverts

I designed a set of promotional graphics for Brynteg School’s Year 5 & 6 and Sixth Form Open Evenings. These adverts were created specifically for use on social media platforms to increase awareness, encourage attendance, and communicate key event details clearly and professionally.

Concept

The concept focused on combining Brynteg’s school branding with student imagery to reflect the welcoming and community-focused ethos of the school. The use of the school crest, house colours, and core values reinforced brand identity, while photographs of students engaged in activities helped bring a sense of authenticity and warmth.

Execution

Each advert was designed with a clear hierarchy of information, ensuring the event title, date, and time stood out at a glance. Consistent typography and layout choices maintained a cohesive visual identity across both events, while QR codes and contact details were included for easy access to further information. The designs were optimised for social media feeds, ensuring they remained clear and engaging when viewed on both desktop and mobile devices.

Outcome

The open evening adverts successfully promoted the events on social media, helping to inform parents and prospective students. Their clean design, consistent branding, and use of engaging imagery effectively communicated key details while showcasing Brynteg School’s values of Respect, Independence, Community, and Kindness.
