Anti-Bullying Posters
Category
I designed a series of anti-bullying posters for Brynteg School as part of a wider campaign to promote the school’s core values of Respect, Independence, Community, and Kindness. The brief was to create clear, visually engaging designs that would communicate key anti-bullying messages to students in a way that felt approachable, inclusive, and easy to understand.
Concept
The concept centred on making the school’s values the foundation of the message. Each poster highlighted one of the four core values, paired with simple, supportive language and positive imagery to encourage students to stand together against bullying. Friendly illustrations and a structured layout helped make the information accessible to all year groups, reinforcing the message through consistency and visual clarity.
Execution
Using Brynteg School’s branding, I created multiple poster variations with clean typography, value-based colour coding, and warm, inclusive illustrations. Each value: Respect, Independence, Community, and Kindness, was presented with a short, impactful message and supportive imagery. The posters were designed for both digital and print use around the school, ensuring visibility across corridors, classrooms, and online platforms.
Outcome
The posters provided a clear, unified visual identity for the school’s anti-bullying initiative. Their approachable tone and consistent messaging supported a positive school culture, encouraging students to embody Brynteg’s values and stand together against bullying. The designs effectively combined information and illustration to make an important message resonate with the whole school community.
