Social Media Hiring Campaign

I designed a comprehensive set of social media graphics to advertise job vacancies at Brynteg School. The objective was to create visually consistent and professional posts that would attract prospective candidates while reinforcing the school’s branding and core values of Respect, Independence, Community, and Kindness.

Concept

The design concept combined clean, modern layouts with elements of the school’s visual identity, including the logo, crest, and colour palette. Each post was structured to clearly communicate the job role, while maintaining an approachable and professional tone. Rounded image frames and a balance between photography and text helped create visual interest without overwhelming the viewer.

Execution

I produced a series of branded templates tailored for social media platforms. Each graphic highlighted the job title prominently with supporting imagery that reflected the nature of the role, from administrative positions to teaching and support staff. Key branding elements such as consistent typography, colour hierarchy, and the school’s logo placement ensured that all posts felt cohesive and instantly recognisable as part of Brynteg’s communications and brand identity.

Outcome

The hiring campaign posts effectively boosted the visibility of Brynteg School’s vacancies online, presenting opportunities in a clear and appealing way. By maintaining a professional yet friendly aesthetic, the designs helped strengthen the school’s identity across social channels, contributing to successful recruitment drives and improved engagement with potential applicants.
