My brief was to design annual promotional posters for a school Year 11 and Year 13 Prom Celebration. The brief was to create a design that felt elegant, celebratory, and eye-catching, setting the tone for a glamorous evening while clearly communicating key event information to students and parents.

The concept has focus on a classic evening glamour theme, using background with glowing light effects to evoke a sense of sophistication and celebration. The central “Prom Celebration” typography was designed to stand out, creating a focal point that immediately conveyed excitement.

The designs have a clear hierarchy of information, ensuring that the event title, date, time, and RSVP details were easy to read at a glance. A combination of elegant serif and flowing script fonts added personality and elegance, while the warm-toned lighting effects gave the design depth and a professional polish.

The final designs were displayed across the school digitally information boards, social media feeds and the school website, helping to build anticipation and set a celebratory tone for the event and contributing to a cohesive visual identity for the occasion.
